Organic Hydroponic Systems - Grow Plants Without Soil!
Organic hydroponics has changed our whole approach to farming and cultivating plants. Soil, of course, has always been thought essential to a plant’s growth. It may seem strange to think of growing a plant without the use of soil, but modern advances and new technologies enable us to do just that and grow healthy plants faster than ever.
Traditional approaches to agriculture, ie the slow process of sowing, watering, cultivating and tending to the plants on a daily basis, are less appealing to modern gardeners and farmers who have learned the methods of organic hydroponics.
Using organic hydroponic techniques, without the use of soil, crops can be grown fast and yields are higher. The process is sometimes also called soil-less culture, water gardening, soil-less gardening, and chemi-culture. For many gardeners it is known as hydroponics gardening.
The nutrients needed by the plants are supplied directly to their roots. The organic chemical fertilizers must be dissolved in water before being fed to the plants. This is an amazing process - no soil is needed to complement the liquid provided to the plants.
